Since living naturally is important to me, I knew I had to get back in touch with my natural values.

I wasn’t having a whole lot of luck dealing with things like the blood pressure and thyroid, and I was right on the edge of turning to pharmaceuticals (something I really didn’t want to do!)

Then one morning, I opened the cupboard and saw a bottle of apple cider vinegar standing there.

At the time, this was something I would use once in a while in recipes, or for cleaning around the house...

But I began to remember my grandmother using apple cider vinegar when we were ill, and even though I didn’t like the taste or the smell much, I usually felt much better afterwards.

So I decided to make myself a little tonic before bed with the apple cider vinegar. 

I continued that simple habit for several weeks, and I began to feel better.

I could tell that my inflammation was down, I had more energy, and I was sleeping better. When I went to get my thyroid checked, I actually found out that I was doing really great without any medicine.

Apple Cider Vinegar brought me back from the brink.

When I was staring down a midlife health crisis followed by a downward slide into old age and illness with an ever-increasing list of prescriptions and ailments...
